This release tightens up the service matrix, upgrades billing, and polishes dozens of details in the Toolkit. Here's everything that shipped.

Service Matrix & Scheduling

The service matrix got a serious tune-up. Automation scheduling is now rock-solid.

  • Scheduling works exactly as expected. Activities fire on time, every time.
  • Client class changes apply instantly. Promote or demote a client class and the correct service matrix swaps in automatically.
  • Recurring activities respect your timing. Start and end times now match exactly what you set.
  • No more duplicate entries. Recurring appointments create cleanly without repeating themselves.
  • Rollover visibility. A warning icon and popup now flag the Rollover option on Service Matrix Templates so nothing catches you off guard.
  • New Offset column. Service Matrix Templates now show an Offset column for quick reference.
  • "Once" recurrence pattern. You can now schedule one-time activities directly through the service matrix.

Calendar

  • Month-to-month navigation is smooth. Calendar entries refresh properly as you move between months. No more stale data hanging around.

Billing & Subscriptions

Cleaner billing logic across the board.

  • Faster billing cycles. Annual subscriptions now process instantly. Monthly subscriptions credit as of your next payment date.
  • Organization address is now required. This ensures Stripe invoicing stays accurate from day one.
  • Promo codes work in Pareto Academy. Coupon redemption is back on track.

Contacts & Account Management

Small upgrades here that save real time.

  • Account lookups show the right data. Account-to-account lookup fields now display only relevant accounts.
  • Pinned filters load on page open. No more manually re-selecting your saved filters on the contact list.
  • Account list filters work properly. Filtering on the Accounts list behaves as expected.
  • New: Swap User. A new option in the Team Members panel lets you replace one team member with another in a single click.
  • Smoother master user transfers. Transferring organization ownership now updates the Admin page email, with an option to update the address. The previous master user stays active by default (no more accidental lockouts).
  • Cleaner master user display. The master user field is now read-only with a dedicated transfer button. Less confusion, clearer workflow.

Forms & Layout

A bunch of quality-of-life improvements that make forms feel tighter.

  • Forms render correctly for end users. What you build in the editor is what your users see. Period.
  • Activity subgrids on V3 custom forms. Open activities directly from subgrids without leaving the form.
  • Quick Navigation shows every section. All form sections now appear in Quick Navigation across every form type.
  • Consistent date formatting. Date fields display the same way everywhere in the app.
  • Birth date field alignment. The birth date field on V3 forms now matches the width of surrounding fields.
  • Additional Addresses support layout customization. Full layout functions are now available for Additional Addresses.

  • Search through change history. Type a keyword and find the exact modification you're looking for.
  • Filter by user. Narrow history down to changes made by a specific team member.
  • Custom entity auditing. Audit trail tracking now covers custom entities.
  • Redesigned History page. Cleaner layout, easier navigation, better readability.

  • Email pagination works correctly. Your email list now displays entries properly (no more "0 to 0 of 0" when you clearly have emails).

Security & Administration

Tighter security without adding friction.

  • Stronger API access control. Authorization checks now protect admin API endpoints.
  • Caps Lock warning on login. The login page alerts you if Caps Lock is on, plus there's a new password visibility toggle.
  • PIN duplication resolved. Security PINs stay unique even when multiple admin tabs are open.
  • Font licensing updated. Mont has been replaced with Montserrat for full licensing compliance.

Team Members & Display

  • Team Members area displays correctly across all pages.
  • User swap is more reliable. The swap process runs cleanly without hiccups.

We've been listening closely to your feedback and have rolled out some powerful updates designed to save you time, give you more control, and help you deliver an even better client experience. Here's what's new:

1. Calendar Alerts - Never Miss an Appointment Again

Your calendar just got smarter. Set custom alerts for any appointment to ensure you're always prepared for client meetings. Choose from pre-set intervals or create your own custom timing - whether you need a 15-minute heads-up or a 2-day advance notice for preparation, you can now set those alerts for any appointment directly from your Toolkit calendar.

  • Choose your own reminder intervals - select from preset options or set a custom time that works best for you.
  • Stay on top of your day - you'll get notified before the event so nothing slips through the cracks.

2. Service Matrix: Full Date Flexibility for Experiences

This is a big one. You now have full freedom to use any available date in the service matrix when creating a service item. Create intricate client journey experiences that match your exact service model.

  • What this means: No more being restricted to the previous five pre-configured dates (Birthday, Anniversary, etc).
  • Why it matters: You can design completely customized client experiences - triggering workflows exactly when you want them to happen, without limitations.

3. Dynamic Date Filters for Reports

Running reports just got easier and smarter.

You can now filter reports using dynamic date ranges, few examples include:

  • This month
  • This year
  • Next month
  • Next X days (customizable)
  • This makes querying client info, and future planning much faster - no need to manually update date ranges each time.

4. Revamped Custom Entity Editor - Personalize Your Contact Records

The custom entity editor has been completely redesigned from the ground up. The new intuitive interface gives you unprecedented control over your contact record layout - including the ability to reposition system sections like notes and activities exactly where you need them.

  • New, intuitive UI: Editing and customizing is smoother than ever.
  • Rearrange system sections: Move key sections (like Notes or Open Activities) wherever you want - put the most important information at the very top of the record for quick access.
  • Make it yours: Build a contact record view that works exactly the way you do.
